The Advanced Learning Online (ALO) programs target young scholars and grant them real opportunities to excel in their schools, careers and personal lives. The ALO programs developed and operated by GL are not “one size fits all” learning methods; rather, they are highly customized to the learning needs and goals of individual students.
We Are Internet-Based
The ALO programs empower GL to offer constructive and positive learning opportunities for national and even global outreach through live, real-time, interactive, online instruction services. By utilizing innovative Internet-powered technologies (such as online teaching aids), GL provides a cost-effective personal means of developing and teaching young scholars who are hungry for stimulating intellectual experiences.
We Serve
The ALO programs enable GL advisors and instructors to reach out to both American and foreign students who cannot meet with them in person because of financial, geographical, physical, or other personal limitations. GL persistently strives to adopt or create innovative and cost-effective ways to reach young scholars who are deprived of learning resources and environments so that they may have opportunities to become truly productive members of our highly dynamic, closely inter-related global community.

We Understand
GL understands from its years of working with numerous students and families of diverse backgrounds that many people simply cannot afford the time or money required to transport them to learning centers or other after-school programs. Therefore, we at GL continue to make every effort to enhance our online learning programs so that we can reach out to all students in more affordable, effective, and practical ways.
We Encourage Curiosity and Imagination
One of the most important goals of GL is to instill in young scholars the ideas, knowledge, and intellectual curiosity that can enhance their imaginations. We accomplish this through live interaction with people of diverse cultures.

We Are Caring Mentors
GL is always looking for more fine instructors and advisors who have the compassion and credentials to teach our multicultural young scholars by utilizing Internet-based and other cost-effective, learning-effective methods.
GL is more concerned with selecting instructors who have a true compassion to help students than those who merely boast paper credentials and professional resumes. This is simply due to the fact that teachers with true concern for their students act as more than just teachers: they serve as mentors and role models who can inspire their students.

We Require Adult Supervision
To ensure quality instruction and to facilitate communication, GL requires that our GL instructional coordinators monitor both our instructors and adults (such as parents and guardians) who have the authority to assist minor-age students at their respective homes, schools, or other learning sites.
The parents, guardians, or staff members at students’ respective learning sites (whether at students’ homes or schools) likewise must oversee the students who are working with our instructors or advisors.

GL is continually committed to enhancing and promoting the Advanced Learning Online (ALO) experience by uniting young scholars and instructors of diverse cultures and values through common educational goals, thus creating real-life opportunities for deeper and healthier multicultural understanding that will lead to a brighter future for the next generation.
